Message: Sunday, 12 March 2023. Received EXEMPLARY Customer Service today while shopping at the Albertsons Market Store #937 at 10131 Coors Rd N. W., Albuquerque NM 87114.. Albertsons Associate Ms. Roxanne R. assisted me with the new procedure for entering my phone number into the Self-Service Checkout register in order to receive My Rewards points during today's visit. Additionally, Ms. Roxanne showed me how to perform a price check for a Bargain Book item AND how to edit & remove items from my final cash register receipt, before payment! She did ALL THAT for ME, GRACIOUSLY, then returned to assisting the customers at the other 3 or 4 Self-Service Checkout registers! What a skilled PROFESSIONAL! I usually shop at this Albertsons Market at least once or twice weekly for their terrific selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. That gives me an opportunity to gaze at how well the staff works together as a "team", too! Nice job, Store #937! Big-time "Thumbs Up" to Ms. Roxanne R! Today, Ma'am, you impressed me so much that I thought about standing outside (the store) holding a huge Albertsons Market sign reading, "Customer Service Excellence Inside"! Much Respect to you! Five Star Albertsons Market shopping experience today!

Message: Our family's choice in local supermarkets. By supermarket standards modest in size, but thanks to this store's staff members who seem to be continuously restocking shelves, a remarkably wide ranging selection of foods. Courteous & efficient checkers, too. This store has earned our business! As of May 7, 2023 now a huge selection of flowers, shrubs, tomato plants for spring.

Message: This store is always clean and well stocked. The prices are sometimes higher than other stores but you can save a lot with coupons and sales.

Message: Fresh food glad every store the same! Easy to find stuff, of course don't carry everything, but that's expected from state to state.

Message: It's a nice store overall. Clean in appearance, doesn't smell too bad, is a pleasant shopping experience, and prices seem reasonable. However,. If you are an Albertson's or Safeway "for U" member, your membership does not work at these stores. You won't be able to use or accumulate any "for U" points or access any deals from the app.

Message: Such a nice and clean store. Employees are always so friendly. Except for one lady in the meat department today. She seemed irritated when people were asking for assistance so that made me not want to ask any questions.

Message: Great store overall. Right now the front is just bursting with flowers. I can find anything I need. This Albertsons has a good size gluten free section to, which I really appreciate. Good sale on cheese from the deli today. I also really enjoy the wide selection of "heat and serve" and "ready to eat" meals. Make dinner decisions much more simple especially for a 2 person household. Chuck was our cashier and he was very efficient and friendly. If you read this, pease click "like".. it helps my feelings.
